Management Training Program

Eminence Marketing Inc. provides unlimited promotional opportunities for each individual who joins our team based 100% on achievement and not seniority. By pushing our candidates to step outside of their comfort zones while practicing their newly acquired skills alongside more advanced team members, they achieve fantastic goals in an exceptionally short amount of time, with many advancing into management positions within six to nine months. All management starts at entry-level with lessons in marketing, teaching, training, developing other team members, and mastering the back-end of business operations.

As an Account Executive, you will gain fundamental product knowledge, learn to execute our proven-effective marketing strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of the compliance requirements of our partnerships. Excellent customer service is a pivotal component of this position as the Account Executive is typically the primary point of contact with customers.

As an Associate Corporate Trainer, you will begin to learn the backend of our business. In doing so, you will gain valuable insight into team-based communication skills, as well as have the opportunity to positively impact teams across the office. You will also play an essential role in conducting interviews, explaining to future employees what we do for our Fortune 500 clients.

As a corporate trainer, you will take on more leadership responsibilities, including training our Account Executives and managing multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout northeast Pennsylvania. At this level, you will develop foundational management skills as you begin to guide your team through their successes.

As an Assistant Director, your responsibilities shift toward a focus on the internal operations of the company. You will gain extensive knowledge of the financial processes associated with directing a business, including budgeting and managing payroll. We are committed to expanding our globally-recognized clients’ products into new markets; thus, a major role of the Assistant Manager is collaborating with these clients to make sure that happens.

The Marketing Director manages in-store marketing campaigns across their region, ensuring positive brand reputations and customer engagement. In this position, you will monitor employee performance to meet company standards, our clients’ expectations, and retail location-specific requirements.
